The CROC’OK Training Center is happy to announce the launch of its cloud-based Corporate Online Training service, which is available anywhere and anytime on a subscription basis. Customers can either upload their own standard video courses, function-specific videos, interactive 3D courses, webinars, tests, and quizzes to the platform, or provide users with access to the already available and ever-growing catalog of 60+ micro-training courses developed by CROC’OK.
Based on SAP SuccessFactors, this online training system allows customers to upload their own courses and training materials to the corporate workspace, develop new courses, and conduct tests. As a result, directors and HR managers are able to add both in-house courses and courses from the CROC’OK catalog to employee training schedules. In addition, the system supports automated training report generation and analytics at any time and allows trainees to access their personal account pages to see the names and duration of courses assigned to them or select courses from the CROC’OK catalog.
The continuously growing CROC’OK catalog includes online courses on marketing, sales, personal development, IT and programming, as well as other in-demand subjects, with every course being a series of 5-10 sessions (10 minutes each). Employees can take regular after-hours training and obtain new skills, such as effective negotiation, project time management, etc.
"Digital Transformation affects all enterprise business processes, including HR, and can even drive strategic change. CROC has traveled a long way and can now offer a handy cloud-based online training service to any business. A similar comprehensive tool implemented at CROC’s own office relieved our HR staff from performing routine tasks, thus allowing them to focus on strategic tasks and new projects," said Polina Khabarova, Deputy Director General for Human Resources, CROC.
To develop its courses, CROC’OK Training Center engages renowned and highly qualified business trainers. For example, Alexey Slobodyanyuk, who has 15 years of experience in wholesale and retail sales, helped create the Sales training block.
The online training service is available from the cloud and can be quickly launched to save customers’ time and money, with it taking an average of just seven days to sign a contract and provide access to all employees. It is also important to note that all sensitive information, including personal data, is encrypted and stored in a secure data center, which is located in Russia and certified for compliance with both Russian and international standards.
CROC’OK Training Center and CROC have been developing the online training practice for two years now, with several large projects already having been completed, including development of an online Russian language learning portal for the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute and implementation of a corporate distance learning system for a large geographically distributed operating enterprise. CROC’OK Training Center is now pleased to invite customers to test the online training system and its operational scenarios.
